I still think you should lodge an AZ with clear stages defined and metrics you plan to meet to trigger payment milestones - or at least write it up here with a more detailed plan as per https://forum2.zenon.org/t/zenon-network-accelerator-z-proposal-template/228
Getting the AZ approved is not an endorsement to get paid, it’s just acknowledgement that the idea and milestones are tenable to the pillars - I think the details are what’s lacking in your proposal not the idea or strategy
