Syrius - Bug fixes - Password not accepted after updating to v0.0.5

A few users have experienced an issue where their password is not accepted when launching Syrius after updating to version 0.0.5. The fix is to:

  • Close Syrius
  • Turn off/disable your internet connection
  • Open Syrius
  • Log in (it should accept your password now)
  • Enable your internet connection
  • Change the node to the embedded node
  • Confirm node selection

I think the problem arises when you don’t have the corresponding libargon2 properly loaded. I’ve ran into this when I compiled syrius locally.

You’ll need all libraries set in place for everything to work as expected.
