Just a note to say we’ve completed our Phase 0 deliverables. We now need @Pillars owners to go into the proposal in Syrius and vote on the first Phase to release the funding please.

Some info on what we’ve completed as part of this phase:

  • Built and configured the forum and all associated services (VMs, email, S3 storage, backup storage)
  • Created the dedicated A-Z category and posting templates to assist proposal owners and provide a ‘home’ for proposal discussion
  • Set up initial DR and redundancy between admins
  • Drafted and socialized the Backup and DR plan to forum staff
  • Identified and onboarded administrator’s and moderators (click @staff to see members)
  • Developed Pillar verification process and mechanism to identify Pillar owners for AZ proposal feedback (thanks Vilkris)
  • Continual engagement with Pillar owners to bring them to the forum and get verified - and we will continue to do so

Overall I feel we’ve achieved our main initial goal which was to provide a place where the community can discuss proposals and engage with both each other and Pillar owners for feedback. Hopefully it continues to grow from here

Once (if) the Phase is approved and the funds are released we will post where the funds are going for transparency as promised in the proposal.

@Dumeril any chance you can represent the phasing in the proposal tracker so that pillars know they have to vote on that again?

Yes, I’m working on a better format of the channel; project status and required voting should become clearer with the update

Agree with all that’s already said. The forum is already becoming a great asset to the community. Congrets on the approval.

Our Phase 0 funding was approved :pray: thank you all - the system works.

Current distribution of funds (as we promised to be transparent):

Admin 1 0x3639: 650znn 6500qsr (time based)
Admin 2 Romeo: 650znn 6500qsr (time based)
Dev 1: Vilkris 1000qsr (donation for Pillar Verification scripts - he did not ask to be paid)
Hosting: 69znn

Current remaining funds 131znn 1000qsr. These will remain in the wallet and roll into Phase 1 endeavors and hosting funding as per the original proposal.

Once our Phase 1 deliverables are met or under way I will submit the next round of funding.
