Attribute: m.zenon.org not reading conversions

We are currently investigating a bug where the mobile site of m.zenon.org doesn’t get its custom events aka conversions read. This is why you’d notice that on the attribute.zenon.org performance analytics table, most conversions occur for the hostname www.zenon.org while it should be a healthy mix between www.zenon.org and m.zenon.org

Our analytics specialist is debugging the issue. We don’t think it’s a zenon.org function issue, but rather a misconfiguration in the analytic systems.

For those using Attribute links, mobile conversions aren’t appearing at the moment and will not appear until we solve the issue. You’re likely performing better than you think because a large share of zenon.org traffic is mobile.

With the new zenon.org Nuxt 3 codebase, we eliminated the need for 2 separate websites and consolidated the whole under one responsive website. Its release should strengthen the whole.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause to #HyperGrowth contributors. We urge marketers to keep generating links and using Attribute to send traffic. Your page views on mobile are being read, so your initiatives are making a difference on growing awareness of Zenon.

A fix has been implemented. We’ll be monitoring over the next few days to see how much mobile data is being gathered.
