I’m happy to review this language. I can have my atty review it also (at no cost). BTW - he is committed to investing in $ZNN too.
Thanks for this - feeling much better about the proposal. Will vote yes to both AZ today.
Of course. If anyone else has any concerns, please feel free to share them. I have started work on the Github workflow deployments for IOS and Android and I am making really good progress to ensure these AZ’s will go smooth and be delivered on time.
I see the releases that are compiled via Github actions (those work good), but I am adding auto deployment to the Google Play Store as well. It requires a slightly different build, configuration, and upload. What you have there I don’t plan to change because it works great.
I have completed deployment scripts for IOS/Android on my internal account for Google Play / App Store. I will be working with @0x3639 to get these workflows working with the org account. Having this in place will streamline new releases so we don’t have to manually build and upload each time for internal testing and publishing new versions on the app stores. Here are some screenshots of what I am referencing:
I now have the app running on (2) local devices so I can keep reviewing the app and fix the minor bugs I found in my initial review. I am running on an iPhone 15 and a Google Pixel.
Just dropping in to say the updates are appreciated
Ishhh… equivalent to ~$10K USD. I can design such a website for pretty much free for the network, and have my developer code the template in Vue and deployed using the Zenon.Org frameworks (multi-lang support + affiliate/attribute reward system embedded) at a fraction of the price, maybe somewhere around $2-3K or less.
Also IMO at that price tag, we should be aiming for design/dev talent to build something of this quality for a lander to showcase syrius: https://ctrl.xyz
Unfortunately will vote no, but appreciate the effort/initiative! I understand that my 5 votes will push this over the hump, but we should re-assign the design budget to a designer, not a developer. So even though it’s a no from me, it’s enough to get you to quorum. It would require a bit more lobbying/contacting less active Pillars to get those 5 extra votes.
Voted yes for the app store submissions though.
Appreciate the honest feedback.
Respectfully though, I think you are drastically underestimating the time it takes to develop content (which you never mentioned in your post). If someone wanted to do all the hard part of creating the content and design, I would not be requesting what I am in the AZ. Content takes time, design (with feedback rounds) takes time. The development is actually the easy part for this AZ.
I may be wrong, but I think the community wants this to be done right. This will be the first thing that a new user will see if they are looking for download links for Syrius or seeking support. I could let AI develop all of the content, use some design template (that would look semi-decent) but not match the Zenon brand and crank out the code with some UI framework. This would result in a very poor deliverable though.
In my experience, not doing it correctly from the beginning just requires someone else to do it correctly later. I will not put my name on that type of work because it ends up burning your reputation for what you are capable of delivering.
I sincerely do appreciate the honest feedback though, and thank you for your vote on the Syrius launch AZ
My intent is to deliver quality on these AZs to prove my value in the community so I hold a very high standard for what the deliverable actually is for this.
My team built Zenon.Org and its funnel frameworks (i.e. intro.zenon.org), so I know what it takes to develop 7 pages of content (yet alone if the styling is done as a framework, it’s just filling the copy while using the components like legos).
Not worth the $10K Zenon fam. I’ll do it cheaper with much more creativity (or find someone who can). These wallet sites need less content and more pizzazz (like ctrl.xyz).
Zenon.org looks great - in my opinion it has a good balance of simplicity and some animation without being too busy. I would argue that zenon.org is better than ctrl.xyz in terms of usability. There is a clear user path right from the homepage to lead them directly to what they are looking for. On the xyz site there is so much animation it overshadows the actual content and user path.
Speaking of your site though - I was reading up on Sentinels and Pillars yesterday. Do you know when the how-to sections will be completed? I was thinking about spawning a Sentinel with these funds and was curious the process of how long it takes, how difficult it is to maintain, etc. I did find some stuff in the docs - if that is current, maybe have the “Coming Soon” link there? - Setup Guide | HyperCore | Zenon Docs
Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope to gain your support with time. I’m super appreciative of all the support I have received so far and will focus on delivering both of these initiatives prior to April 1 outlined in the Roadmap. There is a lot to be done and it will be a team effort.
A wallet website should have a wow effect, it’s the single most important starting point for engaging with the Zenon Network for the first time. People must wanna download the product immediately, and so animations and creative layouts should overshadow, they can be used to highlight the various features of the wallet(s).
I’m all in support for a good dev, but let’s hire a designer for design, and a dev for development. I didn’t hire a dev to develop the BagSwap brand nor its brand kit.
My vote were on the condition to re-assign the design budget to someone who has design/creativity skills. At least someone like this designer… I’m sure he can do it in the budget: https://pro.fiverr.com/freelancers/skydesigner, he’s affordable.

Those 2 AZs have a total of 8500 ZNN 60000 QSR. @tortcher can you explain a detailed breakdown for both AZs?
Actually what is the 5k ZNN 40k QSR ask for?
